    Ryan was previously my mother's realtor (circa 2020). After witnessing how involved she was in helping my mom find a home, I knew I would work with her when I was ready to buy. Fast forward to now (Dec 2024) and I am a homeowner, which would not have happened as it did without Ryan’s help. The thing I appreciate most is that she genuinely cares and has your best interest in mind throughout the entire home buying process. Buying a home can be emotionally and mentally exhausting, but Ryan makes the process less draining by holding your hand all the way through. Whenever I had a doubt, question, or worry, I would contact her and she would quickly respond. Ryan also fights for her clients and is great with putting together convincing offers.     We cannot say enough positive things about Ryan. This was the easiest housing transaction we have ever experienced. She went above and beyond to make sure the listing and sales process were smooth, and for the most part effortless on our behalf. Ryan is very personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it comes to alleviating stress to the seller and buyer. Whereas other realtors offered a 'team' to sell our home, we found that Ryan offered to do the same things as a 'team,' but we only had to deal with one person.     Ryan was our agent for buying our new home and selling our old one. We were looking at a time when most homes were being snatched up as is. She moved quickly so we could get a home inspection and make the offer before someone else outbid us. Then she sold our old townhouse very quickly. We were concerned because our old home was in a neighborhood where most people rented. But she got multiple offers on it so we could sell it to a young family who planned to live in it. Ryan is incredibly smart and so much fun to work with!

    Ryan listened to what we were looking for, but she also listened to what we didn’t say. Her knowledge of the area was essential as we were coming from out of town and she took into account proximity to services and shopping. We had a complex Real Estate transaction using an exchange and Ryan executed the sale in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Painless, really. She guided us through the entire transaction and stayed with us after the sale was concluded, sharing her local connections with quality contractors, decorators and painters.
